From 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. tonight, the City of Pawhuska will be without power. Electric crews are beginning the second phase of the substation and hope to be attaching to the second transformer and going live. 

During that three hour time span, the town will be without power, but the hope is this will help with the periodic power surges the town faces.
